Readiness of Smart City Implementation in Klaten, Indonesia

چکیده
This study described the readiness of Office Communication and Information Technology to realize Klaten smart city program. Qualitative methods were used. The data obtained through interviews with several employees at Regency local population Regency. results indicated that, based on Mutula Brakel’s e-readiness theory, Department is ready theory consists 5 indicators: enterprise readiness, human resource information ICT external environment readiness.
